Nurse shows the doctor’s next patient into the exam room. Doctor starts her examination. Seems his vitals are all just fine but he has no energy and feels like his body is clogged up. By his fine physique it looks like he works out on a regular basis and doctor confirms he is still working out but feels awful afterwards. Doctor looks to nurse and sees that the nurse agrees, this mans balls need to be drained quickly. Doctor and nurse take turns but nurse seems to get the best results so doctor lets her continue while she talks to her patient. This nut proves to be very difficult to extract but when she does the man’s entire body helps to expel his blockage.
